Enabling All Three Dimensions of Light
Light is everything: not only an obvious enabler of the sense of sight for living beings, and not only an energy source for powering our day-to-day electronic equipment through energy harvesting, but also a medium for carrying information. e-peas’ core business in energy harvesting is now expanding into applications that are both powered and connected through light. This international consortium brings together companies from Canada (Québec), Belgium, and France.
The scope of the consortium is to validate the integration of technology assets from transatlantic experts in lighting, system integration, and energy harvesting, targeting applications in smart buildings, asset tracking, and people safety.
