devices. Our portfolio includes energy-harvesting interfaces, microcontrollers and sensor solutions.
To support our Operations team, we are looking for a reliable and well-organized student who can work two half-days per
week at our office in Louvain-la-Neuve.
Job description
Working closely with our Supply Chain Manager, you will provide practical support with day-to-day logistics and
operational activities, including:
• Organizing and maintaining the stock at our office
• Carrying out physical stock checks and inventory counts
• Create and confirm Sales Orders in Odoo, including customer details, products, quantities, and prices
• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders; print shipping labels and validate deliveries in Odoo
• Ensure the accuracy of order and shipping information and support the preparation of invoicing data
• Filing, sorting and organizing materials or documents according to internal needs
• Supporting other operational activities depending on your skills and interests
When will you work?
From 5 January 2027 to 2 September 2027
2 half-days per week, with flexibility depending on your class schedule.
Profile required
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- You are available for two half-days per week during the academic year
- You are organized, rigorous and reliable
- You are comfortable with both administrative and hands-on tasks
- You can work independently and follow established procedures
- You are ready to help with a variety of tasks, including routine operational activities
- You are comfortable using digital tools
- Previous experience with Odoo or another ERP system is an asset, but not required
You have a good command of English and French.
