EMEA Distribution Manager

In a context of international growth, the EMEA Distribution Manager is responsible for developing, structuring, and driving the performance of the distributor network across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Reporting to the VP Sales EMEA, this role aims to accelerate indirect sales while ensuring strong coordination with internal teams (FAE, Inside Sales Analyst, Marketing).

Job description

Your daily tasks include:

• Define and implement the EMEA distribution strategy in collaboration with the VP Sales EMEA
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors in line with the defined strategy
• Manage and develop key distributors and sales representatives
• Monitor distributor and sales representative performance through regular business reviews (revenue,
pipeline, conversion)
• Collaborate closely with Sales and FAE teams
• Align actions with Marketing and provide distributors and sales representatives with appropriate marketing
materials
• Structure processes (pricing follow-up, distribution agreements, etc.)
• Train and support distributors
• Ensure regular reporting and forecasting
• Proactively identify relevant events (trade shows, seminars, conferences) attended by distributors to
develop the network and business opportunities
• Develop and expand the network of sales representatives dedicated to promoting e-peas solutions

The role requires availability for regular travel (20–30% of working time), including visits to distributors and sales
representatives, as well as participation in events.

A hybrid work model is possible (combining on-site presence and flexible remote work).

The position offers growth opportunities depending on company expansion and individual performance

Profile required

What is your experience?

• 5 to 10 years of experience in channel management or indirect sales
• Experience in a technology hardware environment, preferably electronics
• Experience in an SME environment is a plus
